Unified CommunicationsThe employees can communicate within the context of the Intranet Portal in the real time by using the built-in messenger or any external ICQ-like messenger. As an external messaging tool, you are recommended to use Miranda which is available for free. However, you can use any other messaging software. For example, your employees can use mobile messengers for better availability and connectivity - all they need is a mobile Internet connection. Regardless of the way the contacts communicate, the message history is always stored at the Portal.
The configuration settings below are for Miranda. For other messengers, find similar fields in the application settings of your software.
